This is the new Ultimate R36 Robert Batlle V2 “Team Edition” Ceramic engine.
After the great success of the R36 Limited Edition, we now present the R36 V2 including the Compack 4 Pro B10 Clutch Kit and Z13 Clutch Bell with Bearings, AirMax Air Filter with Oiled Foam, Muffler Support Alu. Ring and two FlowMax Venturis of 5.75 mm and 6.5 mm.
In this case, it is also a “Team Edition”, meaning a fully run-in and pre-carbureted engine, ready to compete at the highest level. During each phase of the break-in process, the engine’s resistance torque is carefully monitored, allowing us to determine the optimal moment to finish the break-in. This guarantees that all our “Team Edition” engines are perfectly run-in and race-ready.
Once the break-in is completed, the engines are fully disassembled, inspected part by part, and reassembled by our racing team, ensuring the highest possible quality for the product delivered to our customers.
ENGINE
Manufactured by the prestigious O.S. Engines, the R36 V2—like the previous version—is based on the square-stroke Speed B21, featuring new intake and exhaust timings, a redesigned rear cover, and an optimized crankcase.
The cooling head insert includes an O-ring for perfect sealing and maximum linearity. And yes, the FlowMax venturi is also present, completing a truly elite package.
Result: a smooth power curve, explosive when you need it and perfectly controllable. An engine that responds precisely at every throttle input, with one of the best idle performances on the market.
COOLING HEAD
The 8-fin cooling head is the same one used on our current engines, but with an exclusive design that makes the difference. With a low center of gravity and aerodynamics focused on direct spark plug cooling, it improves carburetion and idle stability, even under extreme conditions.
CARBURETOR
The O.S. 21 J3 carburetor has been redesigned with a high-speed needle holder featuring cooling fins similar to a cylinder head, maintaining a lower and more stable temperature for improved performance and efficiency.
It includes details such as a red anodized rubber boot ring for perfect sealing and a new throttle barrel arm with double set screws, allowing angle adjustment without removing the engine.
For those seeking ultimate fine-tuning, this carburetor offers an adjustment range worthy of the most demanding racers.
REAR COVER
CNC-machined from Swiss 7075-T6 aluminum, the new rear cover features larger fuel passages for increased fuel flow and power.
Its design allows easy removal, even with the piston at bottom dead center, without special tools or risk of damage.
CRANKSHAFT
DLC-coated and equipped with two tungsten counterweights, the crankshaft provides greater inertia, improving mid-range response and delivering a smoother, more progressive engine feel.
BEARINGS
At the rear, an original O.S. ceramic bearing. At the front, a steel bearing with double shields from Ultimate Racing. A combination that ensures smoothness and durability.
VENTURI
Includes two longer FlowMax venturis (5.75 mm and 6.5 mm) with a wider base, perfectly matched to the carburetor to optimize airflow.
The result? More power with smaller venturis, translating into better fuel efficiency without sacrificing performance.
SLEEVE AND PISTON
Like its predecessor, it features new transfer ports and new timings—everything designed to extract more power without compromising fuel consumption.
The 3 intake + 1 exhaust port design provides a smooth, stable, and highly usable power delivery. Made from high-quality aluminum, they are built to last.
CRANKCASE
The crankcase has also been optimized to improve internal airflow. Laser-engraved with Robert’s number 36, it is a component that is both functional and exclusive.
EXHAUST
The new Supersonic 2141 delivers a very linear response, a unique sound, and a ceramic coating that not only enhances aesthetics but also maintains performance for longer.
