Processing Times

We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. As soon as your order is on its way, you’ll get an SMS with tracking details.

Domestic Shipping (Within Israel)

• Standard Shipping: 5 to 14 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2 to 5 business days

Your order will be delivered to a nearby pickup store or locker for your convenience. You’ll get an SMS notification when it’s ready for collection.

Pre-Order Products

Got your eye on a pre-order item? These usually ship within 30-90 days, but more often than not, it’s less than 2 weeks.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs depend on your order’s weight and destination. You’ll see the exact amount at checkout before you hit the purchase button.

Order Tracking

We’ll keep you updated every step of the way with SMS notifications. Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link to follow its journey and pick it up hassle-free.
